Under the patronage of Professor Hassan Shaker Magdi, President of Al-Mustaqbal University, the Center for Continuing Education organized a distinguished cultural symposium entitled: "Baghdad, Capital of Arab Tourism 2025: A Renewed History." This symposium was held in cooperation with the College of Arts and Humanities and the College of Fine Arts, and was attended by a select group of academics and those interested in cultural and tourism affairs. At the beginning of the symposium, Assistant Professor Dr. Reda Abdel-Ati Al-Fishawi, Director of the Center for Continuing Education, emphasized the importance of this occasion in strengthening Baghdad's cultural role. He pointed out that the center seeks, through this event, to highlight the capital's tourism and cultural assets and highlight its rich heritage, which merits this prestigious title based on strict criteria set by the Arab Tourism Organization.
