Under the patronage of Professor Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, President of Al-Mustaqbal University, the university's Center for Continuing Education organized a specialized training course targeting a select group of staff from the Babylon Electricity Department. This initiative reflects the university’s commitment to supporting professional development programs and enhancing the efficiency of human resources in vital sectors. The course was inaugurated by Dr. Riyadh Hamed, Director of the Center for Continuing Education, who emphasized in his opening remarks the pivotal role played by Al-Mustaqbal University in transferring academic expertise and providing innovative training solutions that meet the needs of state institutions and keep pace with global technological advancements. The opening ceremony was also attended by Professor Dr. Mudhafar Al-Zuhairi, Supervisor of Scientific and Academic Affairs at the university, who praised the initiative and its role in building bridges of cooperation between the university and government departments. The training lectures were delivered by Dr. Hassan Mowaffaq, Head of the Department of Electrical Power Techniques Engineering, who presented the latest concepts and practical applications in the operation and maintenance of electrical transformer systems.
