<br/>He Bachelor’s degree in “law” in 1998 with a grade of “very good,” a master’s degree in 2001 with a grade of “excellent” and a doctorate in the philosophy of criminal law from the College of Law at Al-Nahrain University in Baghdad in 2005 with a grade of “excellent” as well.
<br/> awarded the title of "Assistant Professor" in March 2009 and the title of "Professor" in May 2015.
<br/>- Teaching work at the Faculty of Law at Ahl al-Bayt University (peace be upon him) and head of the Law Department at the Islamic University College in Najaf (2006 - 2015), and as a teacher at the Faculty of Law at Karbala University and a lecturer at the El Alamein Institute for Graduate Studies, and currently a teaching at the Faculty of Law at the University of Babylon and the College of the Future University in Babylon.
<br/>Publishing more than fifty-five legal research papers in Iraqi and international refereed scientific journals.
<br/>He has more than (250) press articles published in a number of Iraqi newspapers and magazines since 2001.
<br/>- Received more than two hundred and fifty letters of thanks and appreciation from official bodies, institutions, universities and organizations.
<br/>Recipient of a number of scientific awards in the field of specialization.
<br/>- A member of a number of Iraqi and international legal and humanitarian organizations and bodies.
<br/>- Participated in a number of specialized legal conferences inside and outside Iraq.
<br/>- Holds the title of first professor at the Islamic University of Najaf for the academic year (2011 - 2012).-
<br/>the title of first professor at the University’s Future College for the academic year (2016-2017) and (2018-2019) with the shield of excellence, the shield of creativity, the shield of the distinguished researcher, the shield of the first researcher, the shield of the distinguished author, and others.
<br/>- Visiting professor at a number of Arab universities.
<br/>- Lecturer in a number of legal training and development courses for a number of employees of the Iraqi ministries.
<br/>- Received the award for the best journalistic columnist in Najaf for the year 2012.
<br/>- Member of the editorial board of a number of refereed scientific legal journals.
<br/>- An international arbitrator and expert in the field of specialization, accredited by the "USAID" organization.
<br/>-supervised a number of master’s theses and doctoral theses, and discussed many of them, in a number of universities, including: Baghdad, Babel, Al-Mustansiriya, Karbala, Kufa, Al-Nahrain, Maysan, Erbil, Tikrit, Diyala, Al-Anbar, Al-Alamein Institute for Graduate Studies, the Islamic University in Lebanon and a number of Egyptian universities.
