I hold a Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences from the University of Babylon and a Master of Science in Life Sciences from Al-Qasim Green University. ​I possess a strong academic and administrative background in higher education institutions, currently serving as a Demonstrator (Teaching Assistant) in the Department of Medical Biotechnology, College of Science, at Al-Mustaqbal University. ​I also hold multiple administrative and leadership positions within the same university, including Head of Administrative Affairs and Head of Human Resources (HR) at the College of Dentistry. ​Furthermore, I am an active and effective member of the Central Quality Assurance Unit of the College of Science, and a member of the Women Empowerment Committee across both the College of Science and the College of Dentistry. This diverse experience highlights my extensive expertise in Human Resources Management, Quality Assurance, and Community Leadership within the university environment
