M y name is Abdul Khaleq Mahdi Abdul Karim Naji Al-Fatlawi, born in Iraq in 1956, holds a diploma in mechanical engineering from the Tashkent Higher Institute (Polytechnic), equivalent to a master’s degree. I was appointed and began central appointment on September 6, 1992. In the academic field, I taught many materials within my academic specialization, such as Manufacturing Processes 1 and 2 and Plumbing Technology. As for the administrative field, I headed several departments at the Al-Muntasir Institute for the period from 1993 to 1997 as head of the studies department, head of the training and continuing education department, and head of the plumbing department, in addition to my position as assistant to the dean. Likewise, I worked as head of the Mechanics Department at the same institute evening study in 2002. I participated in many courses related to engineering specialization, and I have many delegations inside Iraq. I received many thanks and appreciation books and rewards. I headed the center of the training Babil for the period from 2011 to 2019. My total service in my field of specialization reached 40 years.
