This study proposes a state-of-the-art real-time multilingual AI legal assistant system with the vision of revolutionizing legal aid provision, document generation automation, and procedural correctness in under-resourced judicial environments. Building on transformer models like XLM-R, LegalT5, and mBERT, along with ontology-based rule modeling and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), the system was experimented with across affidavit, court petition, and multilingual legal consultation workflows. It routinely exceeded 96.5% accuracy, attained F1-scores of 0.94, and attained procedural compliance rates of 0.96 in various legal jurisdictions. It compared favorably with baseline tools by augmenting document drafting efficiency by 78% and demonstrating flawless adaptability in 18 languages and multiple jurisdictions. The confluence of cross-lingual semantic embeddings, legal ontologies, and procedural flow control made it possible to deploy scalably in mobile legal clinics and rural court systems. In contrast to conventional monolingual or rule-based solutions, the model sustained response latencies of less than 700 milliseconds on average while preserving legal fidelity and user responsiveness. Its modular design facilitates plug-and-play adaptation for various legal areas without needing systemic reformulation. © 2025 IEEE.

This study aims to introduce Roman Law as the most ancient legislation, the real reasons behind its legislation, and its regulation of relations in a primitive society. The research also shows the importance of historical studies in legal sciences, mainly studying the history of law, particularly ancient laws. Moreover, the study highlights the significance of studying Roman Law as an indirect historical source of our civil law, as it includes many legal systems and terms inherited by the modern civilisation, which are still in common with the present era’s legislation. The paper also explained the declarative and executive litigations system in ancient Roman Law, i.e.the Law of the Twelve Tables issued 450 BC. © 2022 Bangladesh Institute of Legal Development. The insurance industry has recently witnessed contemporary trends and did not stop at a classic concept, as it was not only satisfied with the traditional fields, but also included the sports center as it is a fertile field in which sports accidents are active and injuries abound in stadiums during matches, which do not negatively affect the player only, but cast a shadow even on the development of the sector and its development, where the athlete is exposed to the risk of injury while performing his activity, as he may suffer from an injury that leads to permanent or temporary disability, which may force the player to abandon the stadiums permanently or temporarily, but the stadiums may witness from time to time a death of one of the players, so the player may insure himself from such dangers, as this is considered an obligation on the club or sports institution to insure the contracted sports player. And the sports institution must ensure that the health of the athlete is preserved, which is among its obligations in order to enjoy good performance © 2022, Revista Iberoamericana de Psicologia del Ejercicio y el Deporte.
