Al-Mustaqbal University is preparing to launch the activities of “Sustainability Week” starting on April 12, 2026. This event is considered one of the most prominent environmental and cultural initiatives, with wide participation from students, academic staff, and individuals interested in environmental issues. The event aims to promote awareness of sustainability, highlight the importance of preserving the environment and natural resources, and present a variety of activities that combine both scientific and practical aspects. The week will include a series of distinguished activities, such as scientific workshops, awareness lectures, environmental exhibitions, tree-planting campaigns, recycling initiatives, and student competitions designed to encourage creativity and innovation in the field of sustainability. The event will also feature the participation of specialists and experts, along with panel discussions aimed at exchanging knowledge and strengthening collaboration on environmental issues. All students are invited to participate in these activities, benefit from their scientific and cultural content, and contribute to spreading sustainability awareness within the university community. Al-Mustaqbal University is the first university in Iraq Department of Medical Laboratory Techniques – First in the Iraqi National Ranking.
