The College of Health and Medical Sciences is organizing an art and calligraphy festival under the theme of ‘Sustainable Crafts’
As part of its support for cultural and artistic activities and to promote concepts of creativity linked to sustainability, the Faculty of Health and Medical Technologies at Future University organised an Art and Calligraphy Festival under the slogan “Sustainable Craftsmanship: Art That Endures to Leave a Lasting Impact”, with widespread participation from the faculty’s students.
The festival aims to develop students’ artistic skills and showcase their talents in the fields of drawing, Arabic calligraphy, sculpture and handicrafts, reflecting the positive interaction between art and concepts of sustainability. The event also seeks to cultivate artistic taste and foster creativity among students within a stimulating academic environment.
The festival featured a distinguished collection of artworks created by the students, embodying innovative aesthetic visions that reflected the connection between art, cultural identity and environmental sustainability.
The organisation of this festival forms part of a series of activities that Future University is keen to hold, with the aim of supporting young talent and strengthening the role of academic institutions in fostering artistic creativity, thereby contributing to the building of a conscious and creative society.
