Al-Mustaqbal University is preparing to launch the “4th International Al-Mustaqbal Sustainability Week 2026”, scheduled to take place from April 12 to 15, 2026, on the university campus in Babil Province. The event is held under the patronage of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research and supervised by the University President, Professor Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi. This event is considered one of the university’s most prominent annual scientific activities, bringing together a distinguished group of academics, researchers, and specialists to discuss the latest issues related to sustainable development and exchange scientific expertise across various fields. The week will feature a series of seminars, workshops, and scientific exhibitions highlighting the importance of achieving the 17 Sustainable Development Goals, with a focus on the role of academic institutions in supporting innovation and providing scientific solutions to environmental and economic challenges. The event also aims to strengthen scientific collaboration and expand partnerships between the university and local and international institutions, contributing to the advancement of scientific research and the achievement of sustainable development.
