The Department of Physical Therapy Techniques organized an awareness activity on Monday, April 6, 2026, at the campus of Al-Mustaqbal University, with the participation of faculty members and students. The activity aimed to highlight the importance of physical therapy in maintaining spinal health and preventing musculoskeletal problems, such as back pain and postural deviations. The event included simplified scientific lectures and practical workshops demonstrating the correct ways to sit and move, in addition to therapeutic exercises to strengthen the muscles supporting the spine. This activity was part of raising health awareness among students and the community about adopting a healthy lifestyle to reduce the risk of injury.
