The Department of Medical Instrumentation Engineering Techniques at the College of Engineering Technology, Mustaqbal University, is organizing its 3rd Scientific Forum under the slogan "Innovation for a Sustainable Future." The event will take place on Sunday, April 12, 2026, as part of "Sustainability Week" activities, targeting academics, researchers, and students on the university campus. Under the direct supervision of the department's presidency, the forum aims to showcase the latest technological innovations and rigorous scientific research in medical instrumentation engineering. It highlights the integration of modern technologies, such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Cybersecurity, to develop the health sector and achieve comprehensive sustainability in line with global advancements. The forum covers diverse scientific tracks, including AI applications in medical signal processing, stem cell therapy prospects, and the use of clean energy in medical manufacturing. Additionally, it features the presentation of over 250 scientific research papers and innovative graduation projects that seek technical solutions for health issues and reduce the environmental impact of medical equipment through "Green Education" trends. This scientific gathering is part of Mustaqbal University's efforts to support Sustainable Development Goal 3 (Good Health and Well-being), Goal 9 (Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure), and Goal 17 (Partnerships for the Goals), reaffirming the university's commitment to qualifying efficient engineering cadres capable of leading digital and technical transformation in health and research institutions.
