D r. Hasan Ali is an assistant professor of mechanical Engineering who has a combination of industrial and academic experience. He graduated in December 2017 with a Ph.D. in mechanical engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia in the United States. His area of teaching and research interest is control and modeling of systems, especially for fluid power systems. He has two years experience in working in power plants. The work included the erection and commissioning of a 230 MW power plant. He has also worked as a research assistant for four years in the fluid power Lab in the University of Missouri. In addition, He has many years of undergraduate courses teaching experience including Fluid Mechanics, Dynamic Systems and Control, Thermodynamics, Calculus I and II, and Differential Equations. He has many publications refereed journals and conferences in the area of Fluid power, Automatic and Robust Control, and CFD Analysis.
